Leanne and Pip founded Elite Noosa – Property Rentals and Sales in 2016 to fill a gap in Noosa’s property management sector. Many Noosa agencies have massive rent rolls, which means property owners never meet the person looking after their property.


We opened Elite Noosa to provide the services owners expect from a large agency – including the ability to sell your property if needed – with the attentive, personal approach of a small, boutique agency.

Business Owner and Investment Specialist

As one of Noosa’s most experienced property managers and co-owner of Elite Noosa – Property Rentals and Sales, Leanne loves everything about Noosa real estate.

Having been in the industry since 2004, creating Elite Noosa was a natural step.

Leanne brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to managing your investment property, thanks to her solid background in property management, onsite management, and body corporates.

She has a positive can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. She believes in building trusting relationships with both owners and tenants through integrity, honesty, and timely communication.

Pip Whittaker

Business Owner and Finance and Administration Manager

With a background in administration and management, Pip makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She develops policies and procedures and ensures the business remains up to date with the latest property management software.

Pip and her family previously owned and operated a ski lodge, restaurant and bar in Falls Creek, northeast Victoria.  

Since moving to Noosa in 2005, Pip has been heavily involved in the Noosa real estate scene, culminating in the collaboration with Leanne in mid-2016 that saw the birth of Elite Rentals – now Elite Noosa – Property Rentals and Sales.
