It is so easy to do, one simple email to your current property manager with 30 days notice and we will take care of the rest.

We start by creating an engaging listing and use proven marketing techniques (including internet uploads, social media and contacting our ever evolving database) to market your property. To help us get to know prospective tenants, we conduct private property inspections. A summary of qualified applicants will be presented and discussed with the property owners along with our recommendations. We will keep owners informed throughout the process.

New tenants receive a welcome kit outlining our procedures and all they need to know about your property, including how to operate essential equipment. We complete a detailed Entry Condition report with photos and conduct regular inspections. You’ll receive reports covering essential information such as maintenance needs. Problem-solving is our specialty, and we skillfully manage tenant issues on your behalf.
To ensure your Noosa property stays in the condition you left it in, we work with a team of professional, certified and fully insured tradespeople to look after repairs and maintenance. They will report anything that requires attention. For unforeseen emergencies, the tenant welcome kit has a list of contact details for trusted repairers.
